Refund Policy

1. Scope of application
This policy defines the refund and cancellation conditions applicable to the tourism advice and support services offered by Travel with Pierre.
It applies to all customers (individuals and professionals) who have accepted a quote, signed a contract or made a payment.
2. Right of withdrawal (private customers)
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer customer has a period of 14 days from acceptance of the offer to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
Exceptions (article L221-28):
This right does not apply:

To services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, if the consumer has given his prior consent and expressly waived his right of withdrawal.

To personalized services (for example, a tailor-made itinerary already delivered).
3. Cancellation before performance of the service

If the cancellation occurs before the start of the service, the sums already paid (deposit or total) will be refunded, less any fixed administrative costs of [XX €] corresponding to the charges incurred.

If a quote has been accepted but no work has yet started, you will receive a full refund.
4. Cancellation after start of the service

If the cancellation occurs during the mission:

The amounts corresponding to the part of the service already provided remain due.

The balance not yet executed can be refunded pro rata.

No refund is due if the service has been delivered in full.
5. Delays or impossibility attributable to the customer
In the event of delay or non-cooperation from the client (lack of documents, incomplete information), preventing the execution of the service, Travel with Pierre cannot be held responsible.
In this case, payments already made will not be refunded.
6. Refunds related to third-party partners
Travel with Pierre acts solely as a consultant. When bookings are made through partners (travel agencies, carriers, hotels), the cancellation and refund conditions applicable are those of these providers.
Travel with Pierre cannot guarantee or support refunds for these third-party services.
7. Reimbursement terms

Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Reimbursement times are a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the valid request, or, in the event of withdrawal, from the date on which we are informed of the decision.
8. Force majeure
No refund will be due in the event of cancellation due to an event of force majeure (within the meaning of Article 1218 of the Civil Code), making it impossible to perform the service.
