6) Transfers Outside the EU/EEA

We apply retention periods proportionate to each purpose:

Clients & project files: during the contractual relationship, then 3 years for marketing purposes, unless you object.

GA4 analytics (if enabled): exploration data for 2 months (default) or 14 months if configured, with extended options in GA4 360.
8) Your Rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, and the right to define instructions for your data after death.
You may also withdraw your consent at any time for consent-based processing.
Response time: 1 month, extendable up to 3 months for complex requests.

9) Minors

Wix acts as a processor and contractually commits (via DPA) to protect the processed data.
14) Travel Partners and Data Needed for Trips
As part of our travel consulting service, and only upon your request, certain data (identity, contact info, preferences, and when necessary, identity/insurance/visa details) may be shared with partners (local agents, hotels, transport providers, insurers) for quotes or bookings.
For sensitive data (e.g., allergies), we obtain your explicit consent and ensure only the minimum required information is shared.
15) Accounting & Legal Obligations
Billing-related data is retained and archived to meet French legal requirements (10 years – French Commercial Code).

Our website may contain links to third-party sites or apps (e.g., service providers, social networks).
We are not responsible for their privacy or cookie practices; please review their respective policies.
